Great food always fresh and the same family been running this for years. The lady at the front is always nice I always have good service.
Thistle is one of my favorite carry outs. We call it "The Bat Cave" because they stay open really late. The service isn't wonderful, the waiting area isn't the cleanest, there is always people standing outside of the liquor store right next to it..... but the food is worth it! They only take cash, but it's in a really good spot. So take enough to pay for your food, but not too much in case you have an unlucky night. I've personally never had any problems while there and I have been there more times than I would like to admit. The 2nd best part about this place is the characters you'll see. I always leave with an interesting story. Last time I was here at night there was a very flamboyant boy trying to get my wife to let him do her hair. He kept falling in and out of sleep. Definitely on some type of drug. Always a show. Tip: Get your fries with salt, pepper, ketchup, mumbo sauce... And hot sauce if you feeling spicy!
